The Chief Wellness Officer™ (CWO) is our premier executive wellness program, providing individuals and families with guidance in all aspects of health and wellness. The Chief Wellness Officer™ program includes:

• The Comprehensive Executive Wellness Examination
• One-on-one follow-up with the physician after the exam to discuss results
• Written report with results of your examination for you to take home
• Access to Lifewellness physician via mobile phones, email and short notice appointments
• Personal goal setting and lifestyle coaching
• Private consultation with registered dietitian
• 12 months personal nutrition guidance with registered dietitian
• Private consultation with licensed exercise physiologist
• 12 months exercise coaching with licensed exercise physiologist
• Quarterly follow-ups by phone or in person with a clinician, more often as needed
• The Emergenetics profile
• Networking and medical advocacy with other institutions worldwide so that you can see nationally recognized specialists without months of waiting
• Genetic testing (additional costs, as desired)

This unique executive wellness plan is designed to offer clients the tools they need to adopt a healthy way of living in a way that is easy to understand. This includes personal nutritional counseling with our health experts, personal exercise coaching and 24-hour access to physicians.
