Lifecheck Executive Health Program provides clients with a thorough evaluation of current health status, lifestyle trends and risk of future disease. This program is ideal for those looking for a high quality executive health physical exam but who don’t need the year-round care, coaching services, medical advocacy or access to physicians throughout the year.

The Lifecheck program includes:

• Complete medical examination
• One-on-one follow-up after the exam with the physician to discuss results
• Written report with results of your examination for you to take home
• An assessment of your targeted areas of risk
• Risk reduction strategies
• Key indicators for success
• Nutritional recommendations from our registered dietitian
• Exercise recommendations from a licensed exercise physiologist

Clients are encouraged to share their results with their primary care physicians.
